You give us contact and registration details when you book an intro class, join a program, or contact us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and program interests. For students under 18, a parent or guardian provides these details during booking.

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site: which pages you view, your device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached us (for example, an Instagram ad click). This is gathered through cookies and the analytics tools described below.

We use your information to run the school and the website:

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand visits and bookings, plus Vercel Analytics to monitor site performance. Google may set cookies (such as _ga) to recognize returning visitors.

You can control this with Google's tools: Google's Privacy Policy explains what Google collects, Ads Settings controls ad personalization, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on disables Analytics tracking in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the booking flow may need them to work.

We advertise on Instagram and Facebook through Meta. When you interact with our ads or visit our site, Meta may use cookies or pixels to measure ad performance, understand which ads lead to bookings, and show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms.

Meta handles this data under the Meta Privacy Policy. You can review and adjust how Meta uses your information for ads in your Meta ad preferences.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate:

Many of our students are children, and we take that seriously. We collect a child's details only from their parent or guardian through bookings and registrations — never directly from the child through this website. If you are a parent or guardian and would like to review or delete your child's information, contact us and we will help.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or withdraw your consent for marketing messages. To make a request, email smac.clientcare@gmail.com or call 905-841-2263. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and our providers (including Gymdesk) store booking records on secure systems. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while you or your child is a student, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and legal obligations.
